Deliver skilled therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, implementing patient care plans and tracking progress. Collaborate with nursing and rehab teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requires an active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license and preferred experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Strong communication skills and the ability to start immediately are essential.
