The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients in a home health setting and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and provide education to patients and caregivers regarding safety and exercise programs.
Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapist license in Texas and possess a graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy. Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings is preferred, along with strong communication and clinical skills.
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas (TX) Professional liability insurance coverage specific to your TX Physical Therapy license Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings is preferred Strong ability to adapt care approaches to suit a variety of patient personalities and needs Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques and best practices Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor when educating and interacting with patients
