The role involves providing direct care and informal training to clients based on person-centered plans, assisting with personal care, recreation, and reinforcing habilitation objectives. Responsibilities also include maintaining client property, planning transportation, documenting medications, and assisting with meal preparation to encourage good nutrition.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but no prior work experience is required for this position. Applicants must possess a Connecticut Driver's License.
