The Registered Nurse provides general nursing care and leadership by assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive professional care for patients of all ages using the nursing process. This role involves planning patient care, overseeing other personnel like LPNs and CNAs, and ensuring efficient, effective, and high-quality delivery of care.
Candidates must possess a current RN license in good standing with the Oklahoma Board of Nursing and must obtain BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (current or within six months of hire). One year of experience is preferred, and the nurse must demonstrate the ability to make decisions under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

The purpose of this position is to provide general nursing care and leadership, working collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary team members. The R.N. will promote and restore patients’ health as they assess, plan, implement, delegate, evaluate, document, and coordinate comprehensive professional care through the use of the nursing process for patients of all ages, genders, cultures, and backgrounds by providing physical and psycho-social support to patients, friends, and families.
The R.N. will plan and provide patient care, including developing, modifying, and implementing the plan of care, to deliver efficient, effective, and high-quality care, with oversight of other personnel, including but not limited to Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants.
The R.N. must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care and is expected to adhere to the facility's policies and the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
