Schedule: 12:00
PM to 5:00
PM on weekends, with opportunity for additional hours

This position offers steady weekend hours and the chance to build a meaningful connection while helping someone remain safe and comfortable at home. Support mobility, safety, and comfort in the home setting
Follow an individualized care plan designed for the client
Communicate any changes in condition to the clinical team
Help maintain a clean, calm, and supportive environment What We Are Looking For Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
Availability to work one or both weekend days from 12 PM to 5 PM
