The Physical Therapist Assistant will assist in evaluating client abilities and limitations to determine treatment needs. Responsibilities include guiding patients through all phases of physical therapy treatment, such as exercise instruction and manual therapy, and reporting observations to the Physical Therapist.
Candidates must possess an Associate Degree or equivalent from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. Additionally, an unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure to practice is required.

Assist in evaluation of client’s daily living skills and capacities to determine extent of abilities and limitations Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques including exercise Instruction, manual therapy techniques, activities of daily living, and Isokinetic program Observe patients during treatments and reports observations to Physical Therapist Communicate with staff and other health team members, to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment programs
Associates Degree or equivalent from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program required Unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure to practice required.
