The Psychiatric Clinical Rater conducts and interprets quantitative tests for measuring psychological variables related to specific diseases as part of clinical trial assessments. Responsibilities include administering and scoring psychiatric and psychometric assessments for various CNS-related disorders while maintaining accurate documentation and monitoring patients for adverse events.
A Master's degree in a relevant field such as psychology or mental health counseling is required, with a Doctoral degree preferred. Candidates must have demonstrated experience conducting and scoring psychiatric rating scales within a clinical research environment and proficiency in administering and interpreting clinical scales.
The Part Time PRN (as needed) Psychiatric Clinical Rater will be responsible for conducting and interpreting quantitative tests for the measurement of psychological variables related to specific diseases and/or disorders as part of the required study assessments for subjects participating in a clinical trial. The Clinical Rater will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. The Clinical Rater must demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and to respond to multiple priorities. The Clinical Rater must demonstrate proficiency using a computer, the internet, telephone and other office equipment.
