The primary role involves delivering compassionate care to residents, assisting them with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, within a home-like environment. Responsibilities also include documenting care provided, reporting health changes, and engaging residents in meaningful activities.
A valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license is required for this position. Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred, and previous experience working with individuals with dementia is desired.
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff. Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support. Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care. Other duties as needed.
