Salary
$19 - $20 / HOUR
include passing medications according to each resident's care plan and assisting with personal cares such as dressing, showering, and other activities of daily living (ADLs). The role requires demonstrating kindness, providing dignity during resident interactions, and documenting cares appropriately.
A high school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must be Medication Aide certified, though training is provided for certification. Prior caregiving experience is desired, along with a passion for helping others and a willingness to train new employees.
