The Program Therapist provides individual and group therapy to adults and develops individualized treatment plans. They also collaborate with the treatment team and assist with discharge planning and follow-up treatment arrangements.
Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in a mental health discipline and Oklahoma State Licensure. Two years of experience in a rehabilitation or psychiatric setting is required, along with competence in individual and group therapy.
Description This is an Exempt position with the starting salary being $80,089 commensurate based on experience.
The Program Therapist provides individual and group therapy to adults. In addition, the therapist provides treatment planning and serves as a liaison between the treatment team, the patient, the patient(s) family, and the referring professional. The therapist provides discharge planning and assistance with arranging follow-up treatment.
