The Physical Therapist will be responsible for delivering evidence-based, quality care to each patient, empowering them to exceed functional outcomes and establishing timely treatment plans tailored to specific needs. Responsibilities also include demonstrating positive connections with patients, families, clinicians, and hospital team members, and building relationships with physicians and case management.
Candidates must be a graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program and possess current or pending state licensure along with Basic Life Support certification. The role requires fulfilling specific PRN shift requirements, including weekend and holiday coverage.
