The physician will provide inpatient and outpatient care to children from birth to 18 years old with physical, cognitive, and learning challenges due to illness, injury, or congenital causes. Practice duties include managing outpatient clinics, inpatient services, procedures, and consult services, with opportunities in prosthetics and orthotics.
Candidates must be Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) and must have completed an ACGME fellowship training in Pediatrics. The role requires expertise in pediatric rehabilitation, including managing various specialty programs like stroke, spinal cord injury, and neuromuscular disorders.
