The LVN Charge Nurse assists in ensuring quality care that promotes the resident's physical, mental, and psychological well-being based on assessments and care plans. Essential functions include observing, assessing, documenting, reporting resident conditions, administering medications, and overseeing aides.
Candidates must have completed an LVN program from an accredited vocational school or college and maintain an active Licensed Vocational Nurse license in good standing in Texas. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
