The role involves conducting comprehensive clinical evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups across various mental health challenges. Responsibilities also include integrating Christian faith principles with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and maintaining accurate client documentation.
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field, and must be a Practicum Student Intern for either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). A deep, committed personal Christian faith is required to ethically integrate spiritual principles into professional clinical practice.

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and spiritually vibrant Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Practicum Student to join our team. The successful candidate will provide professional clinical mental health services from a biblically informed perspective, addressing the emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of clients. This role involves using evidence-based therapeutic techniques while also being open to incorporating prayer, scripture, and spiritual guidance into sessions, as appropriate and requested by the client.
Education: A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited university program. Faith Alignment: A deep and committed personal Christian faith, with an ability to operate from a biblical worldview and integrate spiritual principles into clinical practice in a professional and ethical manner.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to build a strong, professional, and trusting rapport with diverse clients. Compassion, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
