The Physical Therapy Assistant will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care to homebound patients, which includes performing therapeutic exercises and assisting with self-help devices. Responsibilities also involve documenting progress, coordinating with the care team on discharge plans, and educating patients and families on therapy programs.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited PTA program and possess a current state-specific PTA license along with a valid BLS certification and reliable insured vehicle access. While one year of home health experience is preferred, new graduates are welcome to apply.
