Candidates must possess 0-1 years of experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting and hold a current LPN or LVN state licensure along with Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification. Required knowledge includes strong nursing principles, medication administration, patient assessment proficiency, and excellent communication skills for team collaboration.
