The therapist will provide evidence-based group, individual, family, and intensive outpatient therapy, alongside performing clinical and risk assessments and making necessary referrals. Duties also include documenting client services in the electronic health record and collaborating with various external support systems.
Candidates must possess a Master's or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field and hold an LCSW or other license to practice psychotherapy in the State of CT, with all MSW staff requiring an LMSW or LCSW. Experience providing assessment and treatment to individuals with mental illness and/or substance use disorders is required, with preferred experience in evidence-based practices.

Adult Outpatient Program
The Adult Outpatient services provide psychiatric & substance abuse diagnostic evaluation and treatment. Services include assessment, consultation, individual, couples, group, family treatment and medication evaluation and monitoring.
License required with Masters or Doctorate Degree in behavioral health field.
Comprehensive knowledge and experience providing assessment and treatment to persons with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. Relevant experience with evidence-based practice is preferred.
LCSW or other license to practice psychotherapy in State of CT required. All MSW staff must possess an LMSW or LCSW.

*Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based on relevant experience, as well as adherence to our internal equity policy. Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on incentives. (Please note, for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked)
