The Licensed Counselor is responsible for ensuring adherence to all applicable policies and procedures, completing required clinical documentation according to regulations, and facilitating Phase I, II, and III groups per program manuals. They must also provide case management as necessary and be available for emergency counseling sessions while on shift.
Candidates must possess a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license along with experience in substance abuse counseling. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services is required, though education and experience may be substituted for each other on a year-for-year basis.
