$29 - $62 / HOUR
The role involves providing psychosocial support and education to address the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples, and families aged 13 and older using evidence-based care and available assessment tools. Therapists will practice at the top of their license while reaching patients within their communities, supported by the clinical care team.
Candidates must possess a current, active, and unencumbered State License as an LCSW, LPC/LCPC, LCMHC, or LMFT, and must be willing to obtain additional state licensure as required by business needs. A completed Master’s degree from an accredited institution is also required.
Current, active, and unencumbered State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed (Clinical) Professional Counselor (LPC or LCPC), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Will be required to obtain licenses to practice in multiple states based on business needs. - Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills leveraging evidence-based methodologies including but not limited to motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy
Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and team skills - Experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery - Proven deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health - Tech-savvy and comfortable using electronic health record systems and engaging on multiple platforms - Demonstrated understanding of insurance, Medicaid, Medicare billing requirements - Evidence of strong crisis intervention skills - Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting Education - Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited College or University. - State License with one or more of the following licenses: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed (Clinical) Professional Counselor (LPC or LCPC), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Bring your heart to CVS Health! Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $29.10 - $62.32 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
