LPN/MA| Occupational Health | up to $5,000 sign-on bonus

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate healthcare professional to provide clinical and administrative support in an occupational health setting. This role is responsible for delivering patient care, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting efficient clinic operations.

What You'll Do

• Provide delegated patient care, including data collection, medication administration, wound care, dressing changes, and vital sign monitoring, in accordance with established nursing standards
• Deliver nursing services aligned with industrial and occupational health guidelines, including care for work-related injuries
• Ensure all patient care activities are completed promptly, properly reported, and thoroughly documented
• Review and process patient paperwork and medical records accurately and in a timely manner to support efficient patient care
• Utilize the electronic medical record (EMR) system to input, update, and manage patient data for documentation and claims management
• Support patient claims processing and coordination, ensuring physicians and the clinical team are informed of patient status and claim updates
• Maintain clinical readiness by preparing, stocking, and organizing supplies and equipment necessary for patient care
• Monitor inventory for expired items and coordinate appropriate replacement or return
• Perform OSHA-compliant audiometric screenings and collect specimens for drug and alcohol testing
• Obtain blood and urine samples as ordered and conduct respiratory fit testing and breath alcohol testing as required
• Accurately document all nursing care using established systems and forms
• Monitor and report patient responses to treatments and medications
• Identify and communicate potential or actual complications promptly
• Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date patient medical records

What You'll Bring

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with current LPN licensure in the state of Ohio OR Medical Assistant Certification
• Drug Screen Certification, Breath Alcohol Certification, and/ or Audiometric Certification preferred
