Bristol Home Care and Hospice Agency is currently seeking a per diem Speech Therapist. We are a 4 star rated agency in patient satisfaction by CMS. We service the greater Bristol, CT area. We are a community non-profit agency supporting the greater Bristol, CT area. Assesses patient needs for Speech Therapy and related therapeutic services in the home care setting, develops treatment plans and goals in consultation with other treatment team members, and conducts therapy programs designed to improve functioning and enhance patients well-being.

• Minimum
• Requirements: Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Therapy. Must have at least 1+ years of experience in Speech Therapy.

• Requirements: Current Connecticut Licensure. CEU’s as mandated by the State of Connecticut. Must have a valid CPR certification or be willing to obtain upon hire - American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Must be willing to be fingerprinted for the CMS database system in the State of Connecticut.
