The role involves providing direct and indirect patient care, which includes accurate assessment, medication administration, and formulating teaching plans based on patient needs. Responsibilities also cover collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, assisting physicians with procedures, and addressing psychosocial needs.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold an active RN license with BLS certification required within 14 days of hire. Computer literacy is preferred, and ACLS/PALS specialty certification is desired.
