As a vital part of the home care team, the Certified Nurse Assistant will provide compassionate care to participants in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and documenting care. Responsibilities also involve supporting the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Candidates must possess a positive approach and a love for serving others, along with the required current valid Michigan Certified Nurse’s Assistant Certification. The role is open to Certified Nursing Assistant Trainees who will receive paid training to obtain their certification.

What is PACE North? PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a unique program that helps individuals 55 and older who qualify for nursing facility-level care remain in their homes. We provide care at our state-of-the-art center and in participants' homes. Serving the community since 2019, PACE North is expanding rapidly!
What qualifications should you bring to the table? We’re looking for that special person who loves serving others with a positive approach. Must have Current valid Michigan Certified Nurse’s Assistant Certification.
