The role involves providing direct and indirect patient care, which includes accurate patient assessment, administering prescribed medications, and formulating effective patient teaching plans. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and possess computer literacy. Minimum licensure requires an RN license, and BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire, with ACLS/PALS being preferred.
