Physical Therapists will evaluate each patient, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patients achieve their goals. This role also involves supervising Physical Therapist Assistants within the assigned facilities.
include graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and holding a current PTA license in the state of practice, along with adherence to ethical and regulatory standards. The role prefers strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with experience with geriatric populations and knowledge of Medicare billing.
Therapists will assess patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals. This role involves flexible scheduling for patient care and supervising COTAs in the SNF setting.
Accredited Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with an active OT license in the state of practice. Ethical Compliance: Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.
Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to efficiently manage tasks and address challenges with effective solutions. Flexibility and Team Collaboration: Adaptable to changing situations and committed to working seamlessly within a team environment. Exceptional Communication: Outstanding oral and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with patients and colleagues. Experience with Geriatric Population: Prior experience working with elderly patients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs. Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations: Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.
