The Clinician will deliver primary medical care to diverse patients in a Rural Health Clinic, managing accurate patient records and scheduling necessary follow-up appointments. Responsibilities include performing initial screenings, updating records, analyzing test data, and providing ongoing care information and guidance to patients.
Candidates must possess a valid Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Florida, along with Florida Medicare and Medicaid numbers or the ability to obtain them. The role requires the ability to treat all ages (Family Practice) and strong skills in teamwork, communication, and learning the EHR charting system.

Must have a valid Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Florida license, Must have Florida Medicare and Florida Medicaid numbers (or the ability to obtain). Must have the ability to see ALL ages of patients (FAMILY PRACTICE) Must have the following: Ability to work within a team and take direction. Must be familiar, or the ability to learn, the EHR medical charting system. Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
Position is full-time M-F, 8am-5pm, but may require additional hours to complete charting requirements for the day. PRN position also available.
