Candidates must possess a valid nursing license in New Mexico or a Compact State and have a degree from an accredited nursing program. The role requires maintaining knowledge of current nursing practices and standards.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Emergency Department (ED) to provide rapid, high-quality care to patients experiencing acute illness or trauma. In this role, you will act quickly to stabilize patients in a fast-paced environment, leveraging the latest medical technology and a collaborative team approach. Key
Patient Assessment & Triage: Utilize the nursing process to perform rapid assessments and prioritize patient care based on acuity and severity of illness. Direct Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care for an assigned group of patients, integrating a standards-based framework to ensure safety and clinical excellence. Emergency Interventions: Execute life-saving treatments including IV starts, blood transfusions, wound care, and medication administration according to physician orders and hospital protocols. Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside physicians, techs, and specialists to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Maintain accurate, timely records within the EPIC electronic charting system to ensure continuity of care and regulatory compliance.
