The Anesthesiologist will assist in directing and coordinating activities within the Anesthesia Department and will be responsible for the medical management of patients undergoing surgery or other procedures requiring induced unconsciousness or pain insensibility. Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessment, discussing options and risks with the patient, and managing induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia while monitoring the patient's physiological condition.

Candidates must possess an M.D./D.O. degree from an accredited College of Medicine, completion of an approved residency in anesthesia, and must be currently licensed as a physician. ECFMC and FLEX completion are also required.
