Seeking Board Eligible/Certified General Anesthesiologists.
Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.

Salary ranges from $600K - $650K.
Practice site autonomy while having the support of a national network.
Hospital based and ambulatory services.
Providers may support affiliated surgery centers.
The Practice Washington Hospital – Fremont, California Level II Trauma Center.
415-bed facility with 8 ORs, 2 OB ORs, and a cath lab.
Annual volume of 13,400 cases per year.
Cardiac cases make up approximately 10%25 of the caseload.
Physicians will support Washington Hospital and five surgery centers.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience.
Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked.
In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages.
Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
