The primary goal is to provide safe, consistent, and high-quality in-home dialysis support, assisting with treatment setup, maintaining a safe environment, and offering emotional reassurance to the patient transitioning to home care. Key duties include monitoring patient safety, assisting with light Activities of Daily Living as needed, and maintaining simple shift documentation.
Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of dialysis experience, either in-home or clinic-based, and must be fluent in Spanish as this is a mandatory requirement. Familiarity with home dialysis systems like NxStage is preferred, along with the ability to pass a background check.
