The worker will provide direct care by teaching daily living skills and facilitating community engagement for individuals with disabilities. They are also responsible for documenting consumer progress and attending mandatory treatment meetings and training sessions.
Candidates should have prior experience working with individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders. The role requires the ability to advocate for others, solve problems, and perform physical tasks such as lifting.
