The Nurse Clinician II assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents the daily care of assigned patients, executing physician orders and administering treatments according to standards. Responsibilities also include providing patient/family teaching, coordinating care activities, and demonstrating professional performance in ethics, communication, and collaboration.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of six months of clinical RN experience or successful completion of the NC I probationary period, holding a current Texas RN license or permit, and current BLS certification. The role requires functioning as an Advanced Beginner Clinician capable of independent decision-making within specialty focus areas.
Salary commensurate with experience.
