• You’ll help patients build independence and functional skills in a structured clinical environment designed to support recovery.

• What You’ll Do: Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions in an outpatient neuro rehab setting.
• Support patients in developing functional skills to improve independence in daily activities.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, and clinical staff to meet patient-centered goals.
• Provide cognitive, ADL, and functional training interventions tailored to each patient.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Who We’re Looking For: A licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Oregon.
• Experience in outpatient or neuro rehabilitation preferred.
• A collaborative, patient-focused professional who values clinical excellence.
• Availability to assist with true PRN coverage, including vacation, sick time, and additional clinic needs.

Responsibilities

What you will do: Responsibilities listed include but not limited to: Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family members Communicates with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes
