The primary function of this position is to perform nursing duties involving assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care using advanced specialty clinical knowledge and skills. This includes following physician orders, maintaining patient confidentiality, adhering to infection control procedures, and performing various patient procedures and sample collections.
Candidates must possess an Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma, with a BSN preferred, and hold current, unsanctioned state licensure as a Registered Nurse. A minimum of two years of full-time RN experience in Telemetry/ICU, or a combination of related healthcare experience, is required, along with current BLS and ACLS certifications.
