The role involves providing direct and indirect patient care within the assigned setting, communicating and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Responsibilities include accurate patient assessment, medication administration, formulating teaching plans, assisting physicians with procedures, and addressing psychosocial needs.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and possess computer literacy. Licensure requires an active RN license and obtaining BLS certification within 14 days of hire, with ACLS/PALS being preferred.
