• How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, ensuring every intervention aligns with the highest safety standards and organizational protocols.
• Monitor and communicate real-time patient status to the care team, enabling swift, life-saving clinical decisions.
• Coordinate care efforts across multiple specialties, acting as the central hub between hospitalists, cardiologists, and NPs to provide a seamless, high-quality patient experience.
• Execute advanced clinical skills, including cardiac drip titration and ACLS protocols, to provide expert-level support for our most high-acuity patients.
• Manage the full discharge process, ensuring patients and families transition from the unit with clarity and confidence.
