The role involves leading the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care while monitoring and communicating real-time patient status to the care team for swift clinical decisions. Responsibilities also include coordinating care across specialties and executing advanced clinical skills like cardiac drip titration and ACLS protocols.
Minimum requirements include a Licensed Registered Nurse credential from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a compact state license, and a Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at hire. BLS Provider certification from AHA or ARC is required within 30 days of hire or transfer.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
