The LPN administers skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to physician orders and under the supervision of an RN. Responsibilities include observing patient conditions, teaching clients and caregivers, and coordinating care with the health team.
Candidates must be graduates of an approved nursing school and hold a current state license in good standing. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of nursing experience in various settings.
A qualified Licensed Practical Nurse administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse. Services are furnished in accordance with location policies.
Graduate of an approved school of professional Nursing. Current licensure in good standing with the state in which the LPN will be practicing. Prefer at least one (1) year of experience as a nurse (hospital/nursing home/home health).
