The Physical Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and establishing treatment plans for residents, as well as supervising treatment implementation. They also provide discharge planning and educate staff and caregivers as needed.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program and an active state license. Excellent organizational, communication skills, and the ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants are also required.
