As a Therapist at PGS, you will deliver compassionate psychiatric care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will provide individual and family counseling, coordinate care with facility teams, and maintain clear documentation.
Candidates must have state licensure as a Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or Clinical Social Worker. Availability during normal business hours from Monday to Friday is required, along with a commitment to values-driven work.
