The Imaging Assistant will provide supportive duties for patients, physicians, and nursing staff in Imaging. Responsibilities include patient preparation, image processing/management, patient information documentation, and patient transportation.
A high school diploma or GED is required, with previous hospital experience preferred. Current BLS certification is also required.
Overview The Imaging Assistant will provide supportive duties for patients, physicians, and nursing staff in Imaging to include patient preparation, image processing/management, patient information documentation, and patient transportation. With demonstrated knowledge of age-specific principles, the Imaging Assistant will select the appropriate equipment or transportation needs
Education: A high school diploma or GED; must be enrolled in Radiology school.
