The Medical Assistant performs non-invasive, routine technical support services under the supervision of licensed medical professionals. Responsibilities include setting up exam rooms, obtaining vital signs, and performing various tests as ordered.
A high school education or GED is required, along with a Basic Life Support certification. Preferred qualifications include a Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant certification and completion of audiometry and vision training.
