The Medical Assistant provides superior patient care and performs administrative and delegated clinical tasks. This role supports patients in a clinic-based environment as part of a care team led by the physician or advanced practice provider.
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with basic knowledge of EMR and Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include an associate's degree, prior experience in a clinic or hospital setting, and current national certification as a Medical Assistant.
