The pharmacist will provide pharmaceutical information to a multidisciplinary healthcare team and engage in kinetic dosing, therapy consults, and order verifications. They will work directly with nursing, physicians, and peers to provide acute care services.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy with either a B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD and hold an active State of Ohio pharmacist license. Three years of inpatient pharmacy experience or completion of an ASHP accredited Pharmacy residency program is preferred.
