Job Requirements
High School (or GED equivalent) diploma. Graduate of accredited School of Nursing Current RN License BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. Depending on the unit- American Heart Association or American Red Cross Advanced Life Support Certification (ACLS). National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS). Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) – specifically for core staff in Surgical ICU.
