The candidate will provide advanced care for patients with complex cardiovascular conditions, focusing on heart failure. Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients, as well as developing individualized treatment plans.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of CCU/ICU or direct intensive cardiology experience and be board-certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Heart failure training and experience are preferred.
