The Nuclear Medicine Technologist applies nuclear medicine imaging techniques and ensures the safe handling of radioactive materials. Responsibilities include scheduling exams, reviewing images for diagnostic quality, and administering medications as prescribed.
An associate's degree from an accredited institute is preferred, along with certification from ARRT or NMTCB. A minimum of one year of nuclear medicine experience is preferred.
Education: Associate's from an American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) accredited institute (preferred)
