Provide direct clinical support to dental providers, including performing procedures like taking radiographs, applying topical anesthetics, and assisting with orthodontic tasks. Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized clinical environment while ensuring accurate documentation of patient care in dental records.
Requires at least one year of dental assistant experience or graduation from an ADA-accredited program, along with a High School Diploma or GED. Must obtain or hold specific Oregon certifications including Dental Radiation Proficiency, Pit and Fissure Sealant, Expanded Function Dental Assistant, and Basic Life Support.
Provide direct support to dentists, hygienists, denturists and other provider personnel in the delivery of dental care and service within a Kaiser Permanente dental office.
Basic knowledge of sterilization and infection control equipment.
4/10 Days/Times vary. Travel Beaverton, Cedar Hills, Tanasbourne, Tigard dental.
