Assist clients with activities of daily living, including transferring, positioning, and providing companionship. Monitor and document changes in the client's physical and mental condition while maintaining accurate service logs.
Must be a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or hold an active CNA license. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a criminal background check.
