Requirements summary
Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and an active Texas OT license. One year of experience in Allied Health Services is preferred.

Responsibilities
Work Hours: After-school caseloads, 3–7 pm, Monday–Friday, with flexibility as needed Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development Provide direct therapy services in home settings, promoting skill carryover across environments Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to ensure meaningful outcomes for each child Recommend adaptive equipment and train families on proper use and integration into daily routines Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals and strategies at home Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, holistic care
Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy Active Occupational Therapy license (OT/L) in Texas One year experience in Allied Health Services preferred Heavy work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do Why You’ll Love Working With Us:
