• Patient: Adult client recovering from a 2020 motor vehicle accident (C1 ASIA-C SCI and TBI).
• Clinical
• Needs: Neurogenic bladder management (intermittent straight cath), UTI monitoring, ADL support, and mobility assistance (ambulates short distances with a walker).
